  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulation)\nThese Regulations, which apply to England and Wales, come into force on 29th November 1993.\nThe Regulations further amend the Food Labelling Regulations 1984 by removing from Schedule 7 to those Regulations the entries relating to shandy, shandygaff, ginger beer shandy, cider shandy, cider shandygaff and cider and ginger beer shandy (regulation 2). Prior to this amendment the use of any of these descriptions in relation to a drink other than in accordance with the appropriate accompanying conditions was to apply a misleading description to that drink, contrary to the requirements of regulation 38(1) of the Food Labelling Regulations 1984.",
