Regulation 6 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In paragraph 4 (Vitamins) in Schedule 1 (names prescribed by law)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1), for the words “with or without the words, if any, that appear in brackets in that column of that Table” there shall be substituted the words “except that in respect of folacin the name “folic acid” may also be used”.

(b)

for sub-paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(2)

The name for vitamin K shall be “vitamin K”.”.
