# The Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 10: Amendment of the Food Labelling Regulations 1996


In regulation 23 (food which is not prepacked and similar food, and fancy confectionery products), in paragraph (2) there shall be substituted for the words “regulations 32, 33 and 34; and” the words “regulations 32, 33 and 34.”.
