# The Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 17: Amendment of the Food Labelling Regulations 1996


In Part II of Schedule 6 (restricted claims), in the entry relating to reduced or low energy value claims there shall be inserted in column 2 (conditions) after paragraph 2 the following paragraph—
“3 The food must be marked or labelled with the prescribed nutrition labelling.”.
