# The Food Labelling Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food Labelling Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st January 2003.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
