Regulation 8 Amendment of the principal Regulations

For regulation 32(2)(d) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:–

“(d)

in relevant trade documents furnished on or before delivery of the food and, in respect of the particulars require d by regulation 6(a), (c) and (e), on the external packaging in which that food is sold.”.
