Article 2 Amendment of previous Order

The Food (Pistachios from Iran) (Emergency Control) Order 1997^f1 shall be amended by the insertion at the end of article 2(1) (prohibition of import) of the words “except in accordance with the conditions in Article 2 of Commission Decision 97/830/EC of 11th December 1997 repealing Commission Decision 97/613 and imposing special conditions on the import of pistachios and certain products derived from pistachios originating in, or consigned from, Iran^f2”.
