# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) (No. 2) Order 1992, Article 2: Modification to the Hereford City Council Act 1985


In the Hereford City Council Act 1985 section 9 (registration of eating houses) shall cease to have effect and accordingly is repealed.
