# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) (No. 2) Order 1992, Article 3: Modification to the Middlesex County Council Act 1950


In the Middlesex County Council Act 1950—
(a) in section 3 the definition of “food” shall be omitted; and
(b) section 11 (registration of food businesses) shall cease to have effect and accordingly is repealed.
