  "long_title": "Section 19 of the Food Safety Act 1990 ( “the 1990 Act ”) authorises the creation of a system of registration of premises used or proposed to be used for the purposes of a food business. The Food Premises (Registration) Regulations 1991 (S.I. 1991/2825) have been made to provide such a system. In consequence of the coming into force of section 19 of the 1990 Act, a number of provisions in local Acts of Parliament which deal with the same subject are no longer necessary. This Order modifies those Acts by omitting the unnecessary provisions with consequential repeals (articles 1 to 13, 16 to 18 and 19(1) and the Schedule).",
