# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 10: Modifications to the Derbyshire Act 1981


In the Derbyshire Act 1981 section 20, and the references to that section in section 63(2) of, and in Schedule 4 to, that Act shall cease to have effect.
