# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 11: Modifications to the Humberside Act 1982


In the Humberside Act 1982 the following shall cease to have effect—
(a) section 74;
(b) the references in section 94(2) to section 74(1)(a), and in section 95(2) to section 74.
