# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 13: Modifications to the Cumbria Act 1982


In the Cumbria Act 1982 the following shall cease to have effect—
(a) the definition of “food ” in section 2(1);
(b) section 13, and the references to that section in sections 63(2) and 64(2).
