# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 14: Modifications to the Hampshire Act 1983


In the Hampshire Act 1983 the definition of “food ” in section 2(1), and section 5, shall cease to have effect.
