# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 2: Modifications to the Stoke on Trent Corporation Act 1935 and the Staffordshire Act 1983

(1) In the Stoke on Trent Corporation Act 1935 section 68, and the reference in section 116 to Part VI of that Act, shall cease to have effect.
(2) In the Staffordshire Act 1983 section 41 (which modifies section 68(b) of the Stoke on Trent Corporation Act 1935) and Schedule 2 (which sets out that section as so modified) shall cease to have effect.
