# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 4: Modifications to the West Midlands County Council Act 1980


In the West Midlands County Council Act 1980 section 34, and the references to that section in section 116(2) and section 117(2), shall cease to have effect.
