# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 5: Modifications to the Cheshire County Council Act 1980


In the Cheshire County Council Act 1980 section 22, and the references to that section in sections 108(2) and 109(2), shall cease to have effect.
