# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Local Enactments) Order 1992, Article 7: Modifications to the Greater Manchester Act 1981


In the Greater Manchester Act 1981 sections 31 and 51 shall cease to have effect, and the reference to section 31 in section 179(2), and the references to sections 31 and 51 in section 180(2), shall cease to have effect.
