  "text": "—\n(1) The County of Kent Act 1981 shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of this article.\n(2) Sections 21 and 22 shall cease to have effect.\n(3) In section 128(2) the references to section 21 and paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 22, and in section 129(2) the references to sections 21 and 22, shall cease to have effect.",
