  "heading": "Consequential modifications to the Food (Meat Inspection) (Scotland) Regulations 1988",
  "text": "(1) The Food (Meat Inspection) (Scotland) Regulations 1988 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in the paragraphs of this article.\n(2) In regulation 7(1) for the words “section 12(1)” there shall be substituted the words “section 8(5) of the Act”.\n(3) In regulation 11(2)(a) for the words “section 12(1)” there shall be substituted the words “section 8(5) of the Act;”.\n(4) In paragraph 5(4) of Part I of Schedule 3 for the words “unfit for human consumption” there shall be substituted the words “failing to comply with food safety requirements” .\n(5) In paragraph 5(4) of Part I of Schedule 3 for the words “(which relates to the examination and seizure of unsound food)” there shall be substituted the words “(which relates to the inspection and seizure of suspected food)”.",
