  "heading": "Consequential modifications to the Milk and Dairies (Channel Islands and South Devon Milk) (Scotland) Regulations 1967",
  "text": "(1) In regulation 2(1) of the Milk and Dairies (Channel Islands and South Devon Milk) (Scotland) Regulations 1967–\n(a) for the definition of “the Act” there shall be substituted the following definition:–\n““the Act” means the Food Safety Act 1990”; and\n(b) for the definition of “special designation” there shall be substituted the following definition:–\n““special designation” has the meaning assigned to it by article 3(1) of the Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988;”.\n(2) In regulation 3 of the said Regulations for the words “local authority” there shall be substituted the words “food authority”.",
