  "heading": "Consequential modifications to the Milk-based Drinks (Scotland) Regulations 1983",
  "text": "The Milk-based Drinks (Scotland) Regulations 1983 shall be amended as follows:–\n(a) In regulation 2(1) the definition of “the 1914 Act” shall be deleted;\n(b) In paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 the words after “be left” to the end shall be deleted and there shall be substituted the words:—\n“on a road except upon final delivery to the ultimate consumer.”; and\n(c) for paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 there shall be substituted:–\n“2 Heat treatment shall be carried out only at premises licensed under regulation 3 of the Milk and Dairies (Scotland) Regulations 1990.”.",
