# The Food Safety Act 1990 (Consequential Modifications) (Scotland) Order 1990, Article 25: The Milk (Special Designations) (Scotland) Order 1988


In paragraph 8 of Schedule 7 to the said Order for the words “section 8 of the Milk (Special Designations) Act 1949” there shall be inserted “article 2C of this Order”.
