  "text": "In section 24(1) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (interpretation)—\n(a) in the definition of “designated incident”, for the words “designated incident” there shall be substituted the words “ designated circumstances ”;\n(b) the definition of “escape” shall cease to have effect; and\n(c) for the definition of “food” there shall be substituted—\n““food” has the same meaning as in the Food Safety Act 1990.”",
