  "text": "In this Act—\n(a) “food information” has the same meaning as it has in Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers;\n(b) “food information law” means any enactment relating to food information as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations specify.",
