  "text": "Nothing in Part 2 of this Act or any regulations or order made under that Part shall apply in relation to the supply of water to any premises, whether—\n(a) by a water undertaker;\n(b) by a water supply licensee (within the meaning of the Water Industry Act 1991); or\n(c) by means of a private supply (within the meaning of Part 3 of that Act).",
