  "text": "(1) The 1999 Act is amended as follows.\n(2) The following sections are repealed—\nsection 17,\nsection 27,\nsection 30.\n(3) In section 43—\n(a) in subsection (5), after “Scotland” insert “ (subject to subsection (6)) ”,\n(b) after subsection (5), insert—\n“(6) Sections 17, 27 and 30 do not extend to Scotland.”.",
