# Food (Scotland) Act 2015, Paragraph 7


(1) The 1999 Act is amended as follows.
(2) The following sections are repealed—
section 17,
section 27,
section 30.
(3) In section 43—
(a) in subsection (5), after “Scotland” insert “ (subject to subsection (6)) ”,
(b) after subsection (5), insert—
“(6) Sections 17, 27 and 30 do not extend to Scotland.”.
