# Food Standards Act 1999, Paragraph 17


In section 108(7) and section 111(7) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (grant of exemptions) after the words “Secretary of State” there shall be inserted the words “ , or by the Secretary of State and the Food Standards Agency acting jointly, ”.
