  "text": "In the following provisions—\nArticle 8(8)\nArticle 11(10)\nArticle 12(1)\nArticle 15(1)(f) and (4)\nArticle 16(1) and (2)\nArticle 17(2)(a)\nArticle 18(2)\nArticle 39(1), (2), (3) and (4)\nArticle 41(1), (2) and (3)\nArticle 44(2)\nArticle 47(1), (2) and (3)\nArticle 51(2),\nfor the words “the Department concerned” or “that Department” there shall be substituted the words “ the Department ”.",
