  "text": "In the following provisions—\nArticle 8(7) and (9)(b)\nArticle 10(5) to (7)\nArticle 11(5) to (10)\nArticle 18(1)\nArticle 22\nArticle 33(1)(b)\nArticle 37(1)\nArticle 42(2)(b)\nArticle 44(1) and (3)\nArticle 45\nArticle 49(2)\nSchedule 1,\nafter the words “or, as the case may be,” there shall be inserted the words “ the Food Standards Agency or ”.",
