  "text": "In the following provisions—\nsection 1(2) and (3)\nsection 2(1)\nsection 5(4) and (6)\nsection 6(6)\nsection 13(1)\nsection 16(1), (2) and (4)\nsection 17(1) and (2)\nsection 18(1)\nsection 19(1) and (2)\nsection 27(2) and (5)\nsection 30(9)\nsection 31(1)\nsection 40(1) to (4)\nsection 41\nsection 42(1) to (4)\nsection 45(1) and (2)\nsection 47\nsection 48(1), (2) and (4)\nsection 49(2)\nsection 53(3)\nsection 57(1)\nsection 59(2)\nfor the words “the Minister”, “the Ministers” or “the Ministers or the Minister” there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.",
