  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order revokes the Food (Star Anise from Third Countries) (Emergency Control) (Wales) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/402)(W.50)(“the 2002 Order”), which prohibited the import of Star Anise and Japanese Star Anise into Wales where it was consigned from a country outside the European Community unless certain conditions were met. The 2002 Order implemented Commission Decision 2002/75/EC laying down special conditions on the import from third countries of Star Anise (OJ No. L33, 2.2.2002, p.31). That Decision was repealed by Commission Decision 2003/602/EC (OJ No. L204, 13.8.2003, p.60).",
