# The Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, Regulation 3: Scope of Regulations

Extent: E+W

(1) These Regulations apply to food supplements sold as food and presented as such.
(2) These Regulations do not apply to medicinal products as defined by regulation 2(1) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
