# The Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, Regulation 9: Offences and penalties

Extent: E+W

Any person who contravenes regulation 4, 5, 6 or 7 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
