# Football Governance Act 2025, Section 74: Requirement to publish certain notices etc

Extent: E+W

Where the IFR gives a person—
(a) an investigation notice under section 68, or
(b) a closure notice under section 69,
it must, as soon as reasonably practicable after giving the notice, publish the notice.
