  "text": "(1) A person subject to a banning order who fails to comply with—\n(a) any requirement imposed by the order, or\n(b) any requirement imposed under section 19(2B) or (2C) below,\nis guilty of an offence.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.",
