# The Foreign Companies (Execution of Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulations 2 and 3 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations for the words “sections 36 to 36C” there shall be substituted the words “sections 36, 36A, 36B and 36C”.
