  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 26th November 1958\nLaid before Parliament 2nd December 1958\nComing into Operation 3rd December 1958\nWhereas the Foreign Compensation Commission have, in pursuance of their powers under section 4 of the Foreign Compensation Act, 1950 made rules of procedure and have submitted them to me for my approval:\nNow, therefore, I, David Viscount Kilmuir, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4 and section 8 of the Foreign Compensation Act, 1950, do hereby approve the said rules in the form set out in the schedule hereto.",
