  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 1st May 1985\nLaid before Parliament 13th May 1985\nComing into Operation 3rd June 1985\nWhereas the Foreign Compensation Commission have, in exercise of their powers under section 4(2) and (3) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, made rules of procedure and submitted them to the Lord Chancellor for his approval:",
