  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 10th February 1987\nLaid before Parliament 18th February 1987\nComing into force 18th March 1987\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 10th day of February 1987\nPresent\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her in that behalf by section 7(2) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950 and section 3(3) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1962 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
