  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 15th March 1989\nLaid before Parliament 17th March 1989\nComing into force 30th March 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of March 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her in that behalf by section 7(2) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
