  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 14th March 1990\nLaid before Parliament 15th March 1990\nComing into force 30th March 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of March 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her in that behalf by section 7(2) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
