  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 24th May 1967\nLaid before Parliament 1st June 1967\nComing into Operation 5th June 1967\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 24th day of May 1967\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers in that behalf by sections 3 and 8(1) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
