Paragraph 2

In respect of any parts of the assessed amounts of claims for which no payments have been made in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Schedule, the Commission shall make payments at such uniform rate, not exceeding that fixed by the Commission under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 1, as in the opinion of the Commission the amount remaining in the Fund after making payments under paragraph 1 permits.
