# The Foreign Compensation (Romania) Order 1976, Article 16


For the purposes of this Part of the Order the duration of the war shall be deemed to be the period between 1st September 1939 and the entry into force of the Treaty of Peace with Romania on 15th September 1947, both dates inclusive.
