Article 25

No application may be made under this Part of the Order—

(a)

in respect of a bond; or

(b)

by Shell International Petroleum Company Limited, their successors or assigns; or

(c)

in respect of any claim in respect of which a payment was made by the Commission under the Foreign Compensation (Roumania) Order 1961^f1 as amended^f2.
