# The Foreign Compensation (Roumania) (Amendment) Order 1966, Note: Explanatory note


This Order amends the Foreign Compensation (Roumania) Order 1961 so as to provide for the payment of small awards to beneficiaries in cases where the applicant has died and no grant of administration of his estate has been made in the United Kingdom.
