# The Foreign Compensation (Roumania) (Registration) Order 1954, Article 1


The Commission shall receive claims (as defined in Article 10 of this Order) from the persons qualified under Article 4 in respect of losses suffered in connexion with property (as defined in Article 7) or an interest in property (as defined in Article 8) which is British (as defined in Article 5) and which has been affected by a Roumanian measure (as defined in Article 11).
