Article 11

In this Order, the expression “Roumanian measure” means a measure of nationalisation, expropriation, dispossession or any other similar measure which has been enacted in Roumania between the 12th September, 1944, and the date when an agreement is concluded between Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Government of the Roumanian People's Republic providing for the payment of compensation in respect of such measures by the Government of the Roumanian People's Republic or such other date as may hereafter be specified by Her Majesty by Order in Council, and which is either specified in the Schedule to this Order or notified by the Secretary of State to the Foreign Compensation Commission.
